What’s included in my membership?

Your CorePlus Connected membership includes unlimited access to over 500 classes, on demand. Whether you’re interested in Pilates, yoga, reformer, strength training, cardio, pre and postnatal movement, or mindfulness and recovery, our highly-trained instructors are moving with you every step of the way. And with classes running from 10 minutes to 55, from beginner to advanced, and with new content dropping every week, you can move with us at a pace and in a place that works for you.

I’m a beginner. Am I fit enough to do these workouts?

Absolutely! If you’re feeling unsure, you can filter our classes by ‘beginner’, which may be a good place to start. You can also start by selecting some shorter classes, and work your way up to a longer duration. Our instructors also offer modifications during classes, so there is plenty of choice! The great news is that with consistent movement, you’ll notice improvement in no time. 

Do I need any equipment to get started?

Many exercises and classes can be done with just your body weight, making them accessible if you don’t have equipment at home, or wherever you choose to workout. You can also filter by ‘equipment free’ classes, if you’d prefer.

How much does it cost to join CorePlus Connected?

You can start off with our 14-day free trial. Two weeks to explore the platform and try as many classes as you like, is a great place to start! Subscriptions are charged when the 14-day free trial comes to an end. Our most popular pass is $99.99 for an annual membership, which works out to be $8.33 per month. If a monthly option works better for you, it’s $19.99 per month.

Can I do a free trial?

Yes! Unlimited yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength, meditation and more on demand, for free for the first 14 days.  

I’m pregnant, can I still join CorePlus Connected?

We have a collection of Pre and Postnatal classes. These total body workouts are suitable whether you’re pregnant, or recovering from pregnancy and birth (as soon as you have the tick of approval from your medical professional!). Taught by pregnancy qualified instructors, we’ve specifically curated a variety of classes, allowing you to practice throughout your entire pregnancy, as well as after. During class, we’ll keep things interesting by alternating themes and target areas to keep you feeling strong and mobile.

Are all workouts on the platform included in my membership?

Yes! Every class, regardless of the type of workout, or how long it has been on our platform, is all yours with your membership.

Can I use CorePlus Connected when I travel?

Absolutely! In fact, this is when many of our CorePlus community members use CorePlus Connected. Search for ‘CorePlus Connected’ in the App store, download our App, follow the prompts, and take us wherever you go!

Can I save my favourite videos?

You can, and this is a great way to save all your favourites in one place, if you want to revisit them another time. Simply select the video, click on the icon with the 3 dots ⠇, select Add to My List. This video will then be available in your ‘Library’.

How do I download my videos to use offline?

Simply click on the icon with the 3 dots ⠇, click Download, and you’re done!

Which classes are best for beginners?

Click on the Search icon and either type in ‘Beginner’, or select the Beginner Friendly. All of our beginner friendly classes will appear, and you can make a selection from there.

How do I download the App?

You can download the App on your phone or tablet from the App Store (ios) or Google Play Store (Android), by following these links or searching ‘CorePlus Connected’.

How long are the workouts?

Our classes vary from 10 minutes to 55 minutes. We know that every day is different, and sometimes things don’t go to plan! So we’ve created a variety of ways to move, depending on how much time you have. You can use the search function to find classes of different lengths.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you don’t have a password, or your password isn’t working, here is how to set/reset it:

Click Sign in in the top right corner of the page and enter your email address.

Click Next.

Underneath the password field, select Reset your password.

Enter your email address on that page and select Reset Password.

If you are an active member, you’ll be emailed a link to set a new password. Check your inbox for that link.

Note: If you do not receive an email to reset your password, it’s likely that you are using an incorrect email address. Please try any other addresses you own. Check all of your email inboxes for a ‘Start watching’ email from VHX (search for ‘Start watching VHX ‘).

What devices can I watch CorePlus Connected videos from?

Our platform that can be accessed on a wide range of devices, including:

  • Web Browsers: You can watch Vimeo videos on popular web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and others by visiting the Vimeo website (vimeo.com).
  • Smartphones and Tablets: We have an App for both iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. 
  • Smart TVs: Download the CorePlus Connected App from your TV’s app store. This allows you to watch Vimeo content on a larger screen.
  • Streaming Devices: CorePlus is available on various streaming devices, including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, and others. You can download the CorePlus Connected app on these devices.

Subscription

How can I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but totally understand that things change! If you need to cancel your subscription, simply click on the Account icon on the top right hand of your screen, click ‘Manage Subscription’, and follow the prompts.

Will I lose access as soon as I cancel my subscription?

You will still be able to access your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

How can I pause my subscription?

While you can’t pause your subscription, we know that life happens, so you can cancel and rejoin at any time. 

Is there a minimum term commitment for CorePlus Connected?

No, there is no minimum term commitment.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

You can gift a monthly or annual subscription to someone special. If you’re a member yourself, you can purchase a monthly or annual subscription by following this link when you’re logged in.
